Job Summary:
Akima Intra-Data is seeking a Chief Facility Engineer to help with facility operations in St. Louis MO.
Job Responsibilities:
The Chief Facility Engineer is responsible for the overall management and operation of the mechanical, life safety, electrical, and plumbing operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
The CFE must be a licensed and registered Professional Engineer and possess a minimum of 7 years of experience as a CFE in facilities similar to the size, scope and complexity of the N2W and its associated grounds.
Experience with monitoring and implementing energy conservation measures.
Experience Installing "Green" energy projects with a drive to become carbon neutral.
Experience operating in a CMMS system. Experience in ARCHIBUS a plus.
Experience with State-of-the-Art Building Management systems.
Experience with Operating, Replacing, and Repairing all sizes of chillers, power generators, pumps, motors, air handlers, HVAC units, and UPS systems.
Experience with LEED for Building Operations and MaintenaceWe are an equal opportunity employer.
