    This position will report to the Director of EHS & Facilities.

    Key Position Responsibilities:

    • Supervise maintenance personnel and day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth performance of overall operations.
    • Troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, and maintain production equipment.
    • Maintain effective preventative maintenance program by performing daily PM checks and coordinating
      all PM/TPM activities with production management.
    • Install and/or modify manufacturing equipment to meet production requirements.
    • Work with outside contractors when scope of repair is beyond in-house capabilities.
    • Order parts and supplies and maintain inventory.
    • Provide technical assessment of equipment to determine what should be repaired or replaced with or
      without equipment manuals.
    • Maintain and operate tools in a manner that conforms to company and third-party audit standards.
    • Obtain quotes and proposals from vendors and suppliers.
    • Grow existing PM program and life-cycle requirements to meet TPM requirements.
      Key Position Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Technical degree preferred.
    • Professional certifications including CMRP, HVAC or other preferred.

    development, implementation, and day to day supervision of maintenance technicians, building systems,

    production processes and documentation associated with a lean, high performing, organization focused on

    Safety, Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, TPM, and SOP's.

    • Technical skills in mechanical and electrical repair are required; knowledge in any of the following is a plus: CNC's, PLCs, instrumentation, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, motors, and facility support such as boiler, compressed air, HVAC, etc.
    • Thorough knowledge of maintenance systems, work order processes, preventive/ predictive maintenance, TPM, inventory and scheduling software, strongly preferred.
    • Strong leadership skills (conflict resolution, facilitation, change management skills, decision making, empowerment and delegation), essential.
    • OSHA requirements and relevant health, safety, and compliance standards awareness.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead problem solving and troubleshooting efforts, of complex systems associated
      with high-level process or facility issues using root cause analysis tools.
    • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    • Good planning and priority setting skills.
    • Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
    • Experience with 5S and lean manufacturing techniques.
