We are looking for a Senior Accountant who can help with the corporate accounting, quarterly reports, external reporting, and ad hoc projects.
The ideal Senior Accountant must have at least 1 year at a Big 4 firm or have worked in public accounting with private equity clients.

Responsibilities
Audits - primary person for that doing the prep, due diligence, help auditors get through annual financial statements
Qtrly - calculate management fees - management fee base calculation, drafting the model and then executing it
External reporting - Standard and ad hoc basis
Corporate Accounting - journal entries, general ledger
Ad hoc projects - annual general meeting that all partners and investors go to - they prepare slides for that meeting, tax requests
