    Senior AccountantCity: HoustonState: TXThe Ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to month end close and financial statement preparationReporting directly to the CFO, the ideal candidate will be organized, analytical and will be the leader of the accounting teamEnsure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principlesLead the month-end closePrepare all financial statements & reports for Senior Management teamAssist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and reports for senior management teamOther special projects as assignedManage the company's accounting operations, including establishing and enforcing financial policies, procedures, and controlsRequired Qualifications


    Must have a Bachelor's or advanced Degree in Accounting5 Years of Professional Accounting ExperienceCPA preferredWorking knowledge of Vista software is preferredProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookStrong Working Knowledge of GAAP and ability to perform technical accounting researchComprehensive knowledge of month-end and year-end close activitiesWe are an Equal Employment/Affirmative Action employer.
