Pay Range: $19- $21, hourly

As a Jr. Help Desk Technician, your primary responsibility is taking care of your fellow employees' technology needs. You will provision new hardware, take phone calls, email, and in-person questions, and create support tickets for each issue. You will assess the impact and priority of each ticket and work with others to solve more complex problems.
