Experience And Skills

4 years of information systems experience, with a focus on Threat and Vulnerability Management.
Proficiency with Rapid7 IVM, including setup, administration, and reporting.
Familiarity with both credential and agent-based scanning methods.
Possession of at least one Information Security certification.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to identify opportunities for change and drive change management.
Aptitude for applying technology solutions to solve business challenges.
Willingness to travel up to 5% for business needs.
Knowledge of medical diagnostics is beneficial.
Ability to learn new technology, engage stakeholders, deploy solutions, and create documentation independently.

Responsibilities

Rollout Support:
Aid in deploying Threat and Vulnerability Management/Scanning solutions across different business units.
Collaborate with the Program Leader on documentation, testing, and validation of implemented scanning solutions.

Technical Processes

Establish, enhance, and oversee technical processes.
Serve as a technical reviewer and author for vulnerability reports and threat advisories.

Interaction And Communication

Coordinate and participate in meetings regarding TVM services and engagement with IT infrastructure teams.
Manage resource allocation and scheduling to meet service delivery demands amidst changing priorities and issues.

Customer Service

Utilize advanced service expertise to address problem escalations in complex situations, ensuring customer issues are resolved and service quality is enhanced.

Analyze information and trends to suggest solutions and enhance services.

Relationship Building

Foster relationships with senior-level customers and managers to serve as a knowledgeable technical point of contact internally and externally.
Deliver and improve services through effective communication and collaboration across the organization.
