Description

Join our newly created Digital Applications Team, which drives end-to-end projects across Supply Chain functions to improve patient health and mobility globally by efficiently utilizing digital capabilities, implementing synchronized solutions, and establishing standardized architecture for effective change management and value capture.

As the Digital Application Team Co-op, you will:

Gaining experience in E2E analytic solutions including Data Engineering and/or Data Visualization (Power BI or Tableau).
Cultivate an understanding of Supply Chain, Orthopedics, and DePuy Synthes business processes.
Assist the team with development work
Create and update PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use cases.

Note:
The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $24.00/hr, Junior $25.00/hr, Senior $27.00/hr, Master's degree $32.00/hr.

Qualifications:

Required

Able to work in the US and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., FI, H1-B status).
Must not be a freshman, or a senior graduating prior to program end date (Seniors must be willing/allowed to extend graduation date).
A minimum GPA of 3.0 is strongly preferred.
Power BI or Tableau knowledge to create dashboards or reports that drive business decisions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools such as
Excel, PowerPoint, PowerApps, OneNote, etc

Have an interest in Data Engineering, Data Analyst, or Data Science roles.
Open to learn more about process flows from a technical and business perspective.
Proficient communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Selfstarter who can work independently toward team goals.
