1. Assist with accounts payable process by receiving and processing invoices.- Assist with accounts receivable process by processing customer payments and by working with
- Open, sort and distribute company mail.
- Greet and assist visitors to the main office and ensure visitors sign in and are escorted
- Partner with sanitation to ensure office space and conference room are clean and safe for
and other supplies for meetings and luncheons.
- Manage office supply levels and order new supplies as needed.
- Provide administrative and clerical support for President, COO, Controller, and other
appointments.
- Assisting with company special event coordination.
- Other duties as assigned by management.

Incumbent must be able to work in an office with mínimal hazards. Exposure to allergens such
as tree nuts, sesame seeds, and dairy (milk, eggs, wheat and soy). As O&H Danish Bakery
provides a highly seasonal peak product offering, some weekends and extended work hours are
necessary around major US holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter etc).

Experience:
Required
- 4 + years of related field experience required, including data entry experience & reception or administrative experience Experience with accounts payable is preferred Excellent computer & interpersonal skills Positive Attitude Integrity Strong interpersonal skills Exceptional Organizational Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages. Requires good written & oral communication skills & the ability to communicate effectively Team Player
