Description
1. Assist with accounts payable process by receiving and processing invoices.

  • Assist with accounts receivable process by processing customer payments and by working with
customers and accounting staff to resolve past due invoices.

  • Open, sort and distribute company mail.
  • Greet and assist visitors to the main office and ensure visitors sign in and are escorted
appropriately.

  • Partner with sanitation to ensure office space and conference room are clean and safe for
colleagues and visitors, including ensuring conference rooms and office are stocked with coffee
and other supplies for meetings and luncheons.

  • Manage office supply levels and order new supplies as needed.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support for President, COO, Controller, and other
management as needed, including scheduling events and coordinating calendars and
appointments.

  • Assisting with company special event coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
While performing the duties of this job, the colleague is frequently required to sit, stand, walk,

talk or hear; uses hands to finger, handle, or touch objects or controls. On occasion, the

colleague may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders.

  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move records, files, and reports weighing up
to 10 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision,
peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals,
technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of
managers, customers, and employees of the organization.


Working conditions:
Incumbent must be able to work in an office with mínimal hazards. Exposure to allergens such
as tree nuts, sesame seeds, and dairy (milk, eggs, wheat and soy). As O&H Danish Bakery
provides a highly seasonal peak product offering, some weekends and extended work hours are
necessary around major US holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter etc).

Experience:
Required

  • 4 + years of related field experience required, including data entry experience & reception or administrative experience Experience with accounts payable is preferred Excellent computer & interpersonal skills Positive Attitude Integrity Strong interpersonal skills Exceptional Organizational Skills Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, and percentages. Requires good written & oral communication skills & the ability to communicate effectively Team Player
