    Based in New York City, Supply Chain Analyst will report to our VP of Operations and will play a key role in managing our daily operations and ensuring key processes are implemented effectively and support continuous improvement by influencing the adoption of company initiatives and technology.

    The Supply Chain Analyst will partner with CX to troubleshoot customer order issues and work closely with our Merch/Planning and Retail Ops team to ensure inventory accuracy in stock checks and store transfers.

    Also, this role will manage our 3PL to improve quality, productivity, cost and efficiency in the warehouse.


    Salary Range:
    $100,000 - $110,000, with equity

    Key Responsibilities:3PL ManagementManage day-to-day relationship with 3PL to ensure efficient operations including, but not limited to overseeing order fulfillment process (Ecom/NSO/retail transfers), on-time shipping and processing RMA to meet SLA, pre- sterilization process is in compliance with SOP and communicating VAS (Value Added Services) requirements Recommend warehouse operational changes by analyzing process workflow and implementing changes to improve cost efficiency Administrative support in reconciling invoices to track against budget Inventory ControlManage rollouts of studio and 3PL cycle count programs and identify root causes of inventory discrepancies Monitor daily inventory movements across warehouse and operation systems to ensure inventory accuracyAnalyze and publish monthly adjustment reports and provide opportunities to improve inventory accuracy Ensure retail receipts and inventory discrepancies are reconciled in a timely mannerSubject matter expert for Inventory movements of retail transfer, PO receipts and inventory adjustments and communicate inventory issues and product availability to teamsSystem Integrations and AnalysisProactively monitor end to end systems to ensure systems are synchronizedDay-to-day contact for all backend system related issuesAnalyze various aspects of an organization's operational procedures and systemsAnalyze and interpret data to identify operational inefficiencies, including conducting root cause analysis and forecastingCreate dashboards to measure key operational initiatives (TNT, SLA tracking, etc.)
