To support our long-term objectives, we are expanding our finance team and seeking a driven
Senior Accountant to join our mission at Phiture.


WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage all operational accounting processes, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, and Employee Expense Reports
  • Onboard new clients, deals, and vendors onto financial platforms such as Zoho Books, Harvest, Spendesk, and other internal tools/trackers
  • Conduct monthend closings, prepare monthly financial statements, and other financial reports
  • Assist with transitioning our accounting inhouse (currently working with an external Tax Advisor)
  • Ensure compliance with company, local, state, and federal accounting and financial regulations
  • Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
  • Assist with the implementation of NetSuite (currently using DATEV)

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:

  • 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and upper intermediate or higher level of German
  • Experience with DATEV and ideally NetSuite
  • Knowledge of German commercial code (HGB)
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numbers
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
