**Responsibilities: - You share responsibility for the care, education, and upbringing of the children entrusted to you

  • Planning and coordinating the daily routine in the facility
  • Creating individual offers and implementing them
  • Assisting with the acclimatization process
  • Taking on caregiving, housekeeping, and organizational tasks
  • Observing and documenting the individual development of the children
  • Conducting constructive development and parent meetings
**Requirements: - At least two years of training followed by a practical recognition year or a comparable recognition
