- Oversee the management of business office operations across multiple facilities in the Boston area.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Direct and support business office associates at each facility
- Collaborate with other regional directors and senior management to implement corporate initiatives and improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports on regional performance and pending MA Health accountability
- MA Health Medicaid, Medicare and Managed Care Proficiency
- Customer Service and Collections
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PCC. RFMS, Excel and Word
