Your tasks:


  • You will holistically support a defined group of employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • You will be the contact person for employees and managers for all personnelrelated questions and topics.
  • You will implement personnel changes in contracts, additional agreements, etc., and especially in the monthly preparatory payroll and salary accounting.
  • You will take care of the implementation and management of benefits, such as company pension schemes, job bikes, etc.
  • Together with us, you will optimize and develop digital processes in the field of HR administration.
  • You will support the HR team in the further development of the department and the alignment of HR processes with our partner company Rednet GmbH in the One Converge Germany project.
