We produce innovative organic food (dry products) daily for various retail companies in Weldon Spring Heights, MO. Novel ingredients and recipes are our top priority.

Responsibilities:

Operating, controlling, and monitoring production equipment
Troubleshooting and analyzing errors to resolve recurring issues
Documenting all production and qualityrelated documents
Adhering to applicable hygiene guidelines and quality standards (e.g. IFS, HACCP, etc.)
Cleaning the entire production area while maintaining hygiene standards
Ensuring timely and highquality completion of production orders
Planning and managing the existing shift personnel
Actively participating in the continuous improvement of production equipment and processes, as well as improving line efficiency

Qualifications:

Successfully completed technical training as a food technology specialist or similar
Practical experience in food manufacturing
Technical understanding and manual dexterity
Previous experience in managing employees is an advantage
Flexibility and willingness to work in a 2shift system
Good communication skills, social competence, teamwork, and assertiveness
Knowledge of MS Office.
