We are currently seeking a
Human Resources Specialist - Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding (m/f/d) to join our team at the Munich Marriott Hotel as soon as possible on a full-time basis.

A day in your life:

Design and implementation of innovative recruiting and employer branding strategies
Analysis, development, and enhancement of suitable digital channels for attracting new talent
Planning and execution of talent acquisition initiatives such as local partnerships and networks, fairs, and events
Adapting the global Marriott employer brand to the Munich market and the specific needs of our hotel
Managing the entire recruiting process, from job postings to candidate management and hiring
Point of contact for our employees, trainees, temporary staff, and interns
Regular communication with all departments
Planning and organizing employee events and our TakeCare program
A dynamic mix of operational and strategic tasks
