Your responsibilities:

  • Processing of customer orders including master data and contract data entry as well as cancellations
  • Processing of process dropouts
  • Taking on special tasks
  • Ensuring internal, telephone accessibility

Your profile:

  • Completed commercial training, ideally in the telecommunications sector
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably SAP knowledge
  • Customer, service and process orientation
  • Logical thinking and technical understanding
  • Independent and responsible way of working
