For our rapidly growing business unit in Germany, we are currently looking for a Claims Management Clerk (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Frechen near Cologne.

Your area of responsibility:
As a Claims Management Clerk (m/f/d), you will be responsible for processing accident claims. You will review damage calculations and forward them to insurance companies.

In direct communication with colleagues at our locations and our customers, you will manage the process of controlling and processing accident claims and also document them in our internal system.

From requesting missing documents to expediting claims processing in direct communication with our customers, you will holistically manage the process.

You will track fines and organize their forwarding or processing.

What you bring:
You have completed a vocational training (e.g. as an office management clerk) and may already have some experience in claims management. You convince with your communicative and reliable personality and keep an overview even on busy days. You are customer-oriented. You have a methodical and detailed approach.
