    Description


    Position at Skyservice Business AviationKey ResponsibilitiesAnalyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, working closely with end-users and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues promptly.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

    Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
    Conduct research on emerging technologies, best practices, and industry trends, and recommend innovative solutions to address business needs.
    Monitor and maintain system performance, conduct regular audits and providing recommendations for optimization and improvement.
    Lead and participate in technical projects, ensuring timely and successful completion within budget and scope.
    Collaborate with vendors and external partners to implement and support technology solutions, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
    Stay updated with industry standards and regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to security protocols.
    Qualifications & Required Skills

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical analyst role, with experience in a senior or leadership position preferred.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
    In-depth knowledge of system administration, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity protocols.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Extensive experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing user support, with a customer-oriented approach.
    Strong knowledge of IT governance frameworks and industry standards.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and proactive mindset.
    Physical Demands & Work Environment


    Intermittently sit for extended periods; stand and walk; reach with hands and arms; and twist; and occasionally bend, stoop and kneel to access service equipment and lift and carry equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
