- Assist the Accounts Receivable Analyst with recording daily bank transactions.
- Review cash applications on tenant accounts and identify any issues.
- Research tenant/CSS (Customer Solutions Specialist) inquiries and complete application of payments and/or credits.
- Reconcile tenants' ledgers with the assistance of the Accounts Receivable Analyst
- Answer internal business partners questions regarding cash postings.
- Develops and maintains cross-functional relationships within the organization.
- Assists with ad hoc reporting and other special projects as assigned.
- Gain a better understanding of the role accounts receivables plays in the broader scope of the company.
- Gain experience with our MRI system.
- Further develop time management skills and the ability to work in a high-volume detail-oriented environment.
- Learn how to effectively communicate with different departments in the organization.
- A current undergraduate student who is able to work full-time and in person during the semester.
- A current university student enrolled in a degree seeking program studying Accounting or another business-related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high-volume environment.
- Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team (as needed)

The Accounts Receivable Intern will report to the Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst and will work with other team members in person in our Cincinnati, OH office.
