We are a retail design agency with our own production and installation team based in King City, OR.

As an Art Director (m/f/d) at WESPRO, you will hold all the strings for our exceptional retail design concepts. As team leader, you will be responsible for various advertising measures together with your team and our interior designer.


In addition to leading your team, you will create holistic retail design and store concepts, and create a unique shopping experience for our clients.

This includes wall design, logo development, design of various advertising spaces, furniture design, lettering in various materials, decorative elements, light installations, and much more.

You will also act as the interface between project management, your team, and the production department.


Responsibilities:

  • You are the most important building block in our graphic department and the contact person for your team and colleagues from other departments
  • You ensure a smooth graphic process for all retail design projects
  • You develop interior design concepts in the retail sector
  • You create mood boards for materials and store construction
  • You prepare presentations
  • You create final artwork and printready files
  • You manage many exciting and diverse projects and tasks
  • You have a lot of creative freedom for design
  • You communicate with clients throughout the entire process

Qualifications:

  • You have completed your Bachelor of Arts in Communication Design or a comparable education
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in retail design
  • You are fluent in German and can
