    Job description:
    Seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Governance Analyst to join their dynamic team in the Data Office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective governance and management of the organization s data assets, while also facilitating collaboration between various stakeholders.

    Responsibilities:
    • Assist the business team with the development of use cases leveraging prebuilt templates
    • Identify the Business Data Steward, Data Custodian (IT), Technical System Owner, and other subject matter experts to support use case delivery
    • Create detailed requirements from use cases, defining scope and approach for delivery
    • Develop test plans and test cases to validate use cases in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    • Collaborate with offshore developers to clarify requirements and design for use case delivery
    • Create a Move to Production checklist for each use case
    • Facilitate knowledge transfer and provide necessary training for Data Stewards and Data Custodians
    • Obtain Move to Production signoff from Data Steward and Data Custodian
    • Develop training materials and playbooks to support Data Steward and Data Custodian functions associated with use cases
    Additional Responsibilities:
    • Conduct Business Glossary training sessions for Data Stewards
    • Collaborate with Data Stewards to develop Business Glossaries for their respective Data Domains
    • Create standard Business Terms to expedite Business Glossary development
    • Utilize existing Logical Data Dictionaries to accelerate Business Glossary development
    • Capture business rules associated with business terms and acronyms
    • Coordinate with offshore developers to upload business terms into production
    • Assist Data Steward/Data Owner in approving the Business Glossary
