We are looking for a

Your Mission

  • You will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing (artist) fee settlements, as well as feerelevant incoming and outgoing invoices.
  • Your tasks will also include accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank accounting (including dunning, payment transactions, and account reconciliation).
  • You will regularly reconcile SAP with the upstream systems.
  • You will be an important, criticalconstructive contact person for internal inquiries.
  • You will prepare monthly and annual financial statements and be the contact person for auditors.
  • In addition to regular bookkeeping tasks, you will also support projects and help solve special topics.

Your Profile

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • Through your several years of experience in financial accounting, you have gained relevant professional experience and can apply it confidently.
  • You enjoy questioning and shaping processes.
  • Ideally, you already have experience with SAP or have the desire to familiarize yourself with SAP S/4 HANA.
  • You feel confident using common MS Office applications (especially Excel).
  • Your German language skills are very good in spoken and written form, and English skills are desirable for our exchange with international teams.
