    Job Description

    My AmLaw 100 firm client is seeking a highly qualified and motivated mid-level associate to join their growing Corporate Private Equity M&A practice in their New York office. Qualified candidates should have 5-8 years of business and transactional experience, including M&A, joint venture and/or other complex commercial transactions.

    This attorney will focus on drafting and negotiating transactional documents and be given the opportunity to work directly with clients. Qualified candidates must also possess a high level of academic achievement, law firm experience and superb writing, drafting and communication skills. They are particularly interested in candidates who have the ambition, drive, and team-orientation to help grow and support our national practice. The role prefers someone with M&A deal team management experience. Please submit a cover letter, resume, and law school transcript. JD required.

    Compensation

    Salary will range between 365,000 to 435,000, depending on experience. A discretionary bonus may also be available based on performance. This role is also eligible for the following firm benefits: medical Insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance including vision, 401(k) plan and paid time off.
