Ericsson Antenna System (EAS) is seeking a dedicated leader for our industrialization organization within EAS R&D in Quincy, FL.

In this role, you will work closely with EAS R&D and other EAS organizations, particularly Operations, to drive continuous improvement and collaboration across multiple functions within Ericsson.

A customer-centric and humanistic approach, as well as strong leadership skills, are essential for success. As Head of Industrialization, you will be a key member of the EAS R&D leadership team.

What you will do

Ensure adherence to EAS antenna building practices
Drive prototyping of EAS antennas, including single parts, assembly groups, and complete antennas
Develop production tools and equipment
Manage R&D material supply, including intake and outbound processes
Define tools and processes to improve efficiency
Facilitate and encourage cooperation with similar functions across the company
Serve as the interface between R&D and Operations for producibility engineering
Develop competencies and performancerelated topics within the organization
