    Description

    Compensation:
    $ $26.00 per hourCambridge Real Estate Services is currently seeking a knowledgeable Assistant Property Manager to become a part of the organization. While offering a workspace fostering growth and development for people of all backgrounds, Cambridge Real Estate Services invests in its employees with offerings such as an education reimbursement and a 401(k) plan with a full 100% match up to a 10% contribution This is a full-time position Tuesday
    • Saturday, 40 hours per week.
    Onsite living is optional. SummaryIn this position, you will oversee the daily activities including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration, and policy & procedure compliance. Although living onsite may or may not be required, working from the site management office is a requirement.

    DutiesSupervise administrative, marketing, and maintenance staff Monitor the condition of the property to provide proactive maintenance servicesSupervise and coordinate vendors, including landscapers, turnover services, techniciansOversee capital projectsProvide effective resident relationsMonitor and manage resident payment practicesQualifications The requirements listed below are representative, but not exclusive of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
