- Provide prompt and accurate support to Account Managers by generating reports, addressing client queries, and monitoring client accounts.
- Stay updated on Appcast's product enhancements, understanding how they deliver value to clients.
- Conduct media research and engage in cross-company collaboration for planning and executing media strategies.
- Create campaigns, feeds, and expansions within the Appcast platform.
- Offer direct customer support to clients, escalating issues to Account Managers when necessary.
- Collaborate with product and development teams to investigate bugs and technical issues, addressing client-facing problems while enhancing technical understanding of Appcast's product suite.
- Demonstrate exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Work collaboratively and creatively to solve problems with a focus on maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at communicating through various technical platforms.
- Show critical thinking abilities and effective task prioritization skills.
- Have a tech-savvy mindset with an interest in expanding knowledge about technology products.
- At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in a role related to account management or customer success.
- Professional experience in sales, account management, or technical roles within the software industry is advantageous but not mandatory for this position.
