    Job Description

    The role of an Associate Account Manager involves supporting Account Managers at Appcast. This position focuses on developing expertise in multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies, using this knowledge to create campaigns, investigate technical issues, and provide valuable insights to clients.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Provide prompt and accurate support to Account Managers by generating reports, addressing client queries, and monitoring client accounts.
    • Stay updated on Appcast's product enhancements, understanding how they deliver value to clients.
    • Conduct media research and engage in cross-company collaboration for planning and executing media strategies.
    • Create campaigns, feeds, and expansions within the Appcast platform.
    • Offer direct customer support to clients, escalating issues to Account Managers when necessary.
    • Collaborate with product and development teams to investigate bugs and technical issues, addressing client-facing problems while enhancing technical understanding of Appcast's product suite.

    Qualifications

    • Demonstrate exceptional organizational, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
    • Work collaboratively and creatively to solve problems with a focus on maintaining a solutions-oriented mindset.
    • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, adept at communicating through various technical platforms.
    • Show critical thinking abilities and effective task prioritization skills.
    • Have a tech-savvy mindset with an interest in expanding knowledge about technology products.

    Education and Experience

    • At least 1 year of work experience, preferably in a role related to account management or customer success.
    • Professional experience in sales, account management, or technical roles within the software industry is advantageous but not mandatory for this position.
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree or possess equivalent experience.

    Travel Requirements

    • This role may involve travel to internal and external meetings as needed, subject to business demands and opportunities.
