- **Collaboration**: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and align with business objectives. Participate in regular team meetings and design reviews.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company's brand identity and messaging. Develop and maintain design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion. Ensure that all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest trends in web design, UI/UX, and related technologies. Continuously seek to improve skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- One plus year of proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing UI/UX skills.
- Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent.
- Understanding front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not essential.

Summary of Position
