    Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated Web Designer & Front-End Developer to work on all aspects of You will develop and execute a wide range of digital design materials that are thoughtful, conversion driven and eye-catching. As a Web Designer & Developer, you will design for A/B tests, Landing Pages, Web Elements, Paid Social, Email, Digital Banners, Product Launches and various Marketing Campaigns. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, startup culture, and is excited to set and meet aggressive goals.

    You MUST HAVE design skills and have worked with Shopify to apply for this position.

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Work alongside the CTO / CMO and Head of Creative on the visual development, execution and evolution of Blissy's Shopify website, direct response websites and design library in Figma & Webflow
    • Support the E-Commerce design funnel, designing concepts from start to finish with an understanding of how to best optimize designs for high conversion.
    • Help evolve and elevate Blissy's digital presence by updating digital banners, landing pages, web elements, A/B tests, modifying content through CMS systems and various marketing campaigns.
    • Have a clear understanding of Design Principles and make impactful design decisions to improve conversion rates across channels and overall website performance.
    • Stay up to date on the latest trends, and best practices within an ever-evolving digital marketing landscape
    • Work with the Brand and Marketing team on broader initiatives
    • Have extensive JS experience to develop website functionalities

    Qualifications:

    • Experienced designer with a minimum of 3+ years in E-Commerce Design
    • Strong portfolio of digital design work and extensive experience in digital advertising
    • Expert knowledge of design principles including visual hierarchy, negative space, repetition, contrast, balance and alignment, proportion, typography and color theory.
    • Work well under tight deadlines, a fast paced environment, and changing demands
    • Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
    • Ability to work on Webflow
    • Advanced JS experience
    • Experience with Shopify & Liquid
    • Ability to align with Blissy's visual brand identity and aesthetic
    • Bachelor's Degree and equivalent work experience
    • UI/UX experience is a plus
    • Positive, collaborative, and open to feedback
    • Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
    • Strong time management and prioritization skills
    • Excitement for startups and building from the ground up
