Description

We are currently seeking a landscape architect / certified technician (m/f/d) to join our team in South Dayton. This is a part-time position. Your responsibilities will include planning, tendering, awarding, monitoring, and billing for the maintenance services across our company.

You will also be responsible for planning, tendering, awarding, and monitoring tree and shrub plantings, as well as overseeing construction projects.

Additionally, you will be involved in developing sustainable planting and maintenance concepts for residential buildings. You will also assist in the digitization and further development of our outdoor maintenance management.

Requirements:

You should have a degree in landscape architecture, landscaping, or a related field (diploma/bachelor) or be a certified technician in garden and landscaping or have a comparable qualification.

You should have a good understanding of garden and landscaping, as well as plant knowledge. Proficiency in relevant software programs such as AVA and Microsoft Office is required (CAD is desirable).

Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and in a structured and goal-oriented manner, are also necessary.

Previous work experience is preferred. Good knowledge of German and a valid driver's license (Class B) are also required.
