We are currently looking for a WEG administrator / property manager in the B2C sector (m/f/d) to join our team at Warm Spring Creek.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing residential property owners' associations. Your responsibilities will include both financial and technical management of the properties.

Your main responsibilities:
✓ Point of contact for property owners, tenants, and authorities
✓ Preparation and execution of property owners' meetings and implementation of decisions made
✓ Regular property inspections and management of technical and infrastructural measures
✓ Monitoring and coordination of maintenance, inspection, and operational obligations
✓ Handling of damage and insurance
