Job Summary:
A fantastic opportunity at Regency Hospital, a division of Select Medical, for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). At our hospital, we focus on caring for chronically and critically ill or post-ICU patients who need extended hospital care.

Key Responsibilities:
- Take on hands-on management of hospital operations within a critical care setting.
- Offer proactive leadership, strategic guidance, and operational oversight, focusing on business growth, top-tier patient care, and financial responsibility.
- We are looking for a professional capable of analyzing complex scenarios and making effective decisions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong personal integrity, positivity, and the ability to perform well under pressure.
- Must be a proactive self-starter ready to take on significant responsibilities in a fast-paced, demanding healthcare setting.
- Acts as vice-chair of the Governing Board in the absence of a market CEO.
- Conducts daily rounds on nursing floors, engaging with patients, families, and staff.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and takes charge of the Complaint-Grievance Process.
- Guarantees overall hospital compliance with State, Federal, and JCAHO regulations.
- Places emphasis on fostering employee engagement.
- Establishes and maintains a Top 10 Key Business Development Relationship list.
- Masterminds and implements the Corporate Case Management and PPS Model effectively.
- Prepares an Annual Operating Budget, a 3-year Capital Budget, and a Strategic Plan for approval by the Governing Board.
- Adheres to high ethical standards, consistently demonstrating professionalism and ethical behavior, and following all relevant policies and guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
You are passionate about delivering exceptional quality and are a creative problem-solver who excels in a dynamic setting.
Minimum qualifications:
- A Master's Degree is mandatory.
- Three (3) years of leadership experience in healthcare.
- Proficiency in finance management, strategic planning, and community health program education.
- Three (3) years of operational experience in an acute care or specialized hospital environment.
