Description

Our client, a Luxury fashion company is seeking an experience, dynamic, and French-speaking Account Specialist to join their luxury fashion brand.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$52,000 – $60,000 + Bonus

Position Overview:

The Account Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking clients, ensuring superior customer service and satisfaction. The successful candidate will exhibit an exceptional high-touch client experience and deep insight into the world of luxury fashion.

Responsibilities of the Account Specialist:

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients while ensuring proper engagement and communication
Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product, anticipate needs and encourage positive growth and expansion
Develop an extensive understanding of customer needs and take actions to ensure these needs are met with our product offerings
Monitor industry trends and market conditions to understand their impact on clients
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and design team to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns, and product offerings
Conduct regular account reviews to prove value to clients and find ways of improving relationship
Handle customer complaints and conflicts in an efficient and timely manner to avoid further complications
Improve customer experience and product engagement by offering targeted solutions based on customer feedback and behavior

Qualifications for the Account Specialist:

At least 3 years of experience in account management or customer service, preferably within the luxury fashion industry
Must be bilingual with fluency in English and French, both written and spoken
Demonstrated excellence in maintaining high customer satisfaction rates
Strong understanding of customer needs and market dynamics within the luxury fashion industry
High-level proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM systems
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with clients
Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree is preferred
