We are looking for you to join our store in Soltau, OH.

Responsibilities

Managing the store while considering key business metrics
Teamoriented leadership and training of employees in your area of responsibility
Planning and managing staff schedules
Achieving set sales goals
Implementing efficient inventory management and active floor management
Ensuring a customeroriented service and actively promoting sales
Implementing promotions and marketing campaigns in the store

Qualifications

Several years of experience as a store manager, ideally in the shoe or textile retail industry
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team
Strong focus on goals and results
Fashion sense and knowledge of current trends
Good knowledge of German and English, as well as proficient use of common MS Office programs
