We are currently seeking a Deputy Site Manager (m/f/d) in full-time for a property in Hamburg that we manage, to be filled as soon as possible for use in object protection at Bell Center, WI.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supervision of employees in the absence of the site manager small team
  • First point of contact for onsite employees and the client
  • Proper fulfillment of the contract and compliance with given service instructions
  • Support in monthly duty planning
  • Control patrols and alarm monitoring
  • Presence within the property
  • Reception and forwarding of visitors
  • Participation in work and preventive fire protection

Your profile:

  • Good German language skills in spoken and written, basic knowledge of English
  • Knowledge of common MS Office applications
  • Impeccable reputation; police clearance certificate without any entries
  • Customeroriented, serviceoriented appearance
  • Reliable and teamoriented
  • Flexibility, resilience and willingness to work shifts
  • Experience in industrial security desirable
