    Occupational Therapist (OT) - Los Angeles, CA


    Job Description:

    • Employer: Soliant
    • Employment Type: Fulltime, School-Based Contract
    • Location: California (Virtual)
    • Caseload: K12

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students' physical, emotional, cognitive, and functional capacities.
    • Implement therapeutic interventions and exercises to enhance students' motor skills, daily living abilities, coordination, and sensory integration.
    • Offer guidance and assistance to students in adapting their surroundings to ensure safety, accessibility, and independence.
    • Educate students, families, and caregivers on techniques to enhance independence and optimize functioning.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
    • Valid Occupational Therapist license.
    • Demonstrated experience providing occupational therapy in school settings.
    • Proficiency in anatomy, physiology, psychology, and human development.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
