Head Nurse or Deputy Head Nurse for our Acute Geriatrics department (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date.

You can expect a clinic with around 360 employees who care for approximately 200 patients on our geriatric, rehabilitative, and palliative wards.

In the midst of the green surroundings of Wartenberg, we work hand in hand to maintain the quality of our clinic.


Your responsibilities:


  • You are jointly responsible for personnel selection, planning, development, leadership, management, and release on your ward.
  • You share responsibility for budget management (e.g. medical consumables, office supplies, capital goods, etc.).
  • You are responsible for promoting and fostering interdisciplinary collaboration in daily ward life.
  • You are responsible for patient safety and quality assurance of nursing activities.
  • You will be involved in the development and further development of the nursing concept and various ward standards.

Your profile:


  • You have completed training as a nurse, health and nursing care professional, nursing specialist, or geriatric nurse.
