remote control productions (rcp) is an independent, internationally active production company and represents Europe's largest developer family with 15 game studios, a digital marketing agency, a gamification company, and an internal publisher, all with extensive knowledge and experience in games and entertainment products.

Since 2005, we have been supporting and managing start-ups and developer studios in various areas such as production, bizdev, finance, legal, company founding, and HR management.

Thanks to our network of national and international partners, rcp has established itself as a reliable and efficient partner.

In total, we have developed and realized more than 450 projects on all major platforms such as PC, console, mobile, and browser.

We are a diverse HR team, currently consisting of three amazing people: Yana, Nika, & Ina We love HR - and see it as a discipline.

In addition to the classic operational HR business, we are always finding new ways to shape our future innovatively and sustainably.

To continue driving HR topics at rcp, we are looking for a motivated and open-minded individual to join our team as an HR Generalist (m/f/d) full-time or part-time.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

You actively support all HR administrative tasks and are the first point of contact for all colleagues in our team.
You handle preparatory payroll accounting and work closely with our external accounting department
