    Description
    Customer Service RepresentativesCome join our team as an Internal Operations Specialist, where you responsible for advance order flow, answering questions from customers and internal staff, and removing roadblocks by using your organizational, communication and interpersonal skills


    Compensation:
    $16- $17Location: GainesvilleSchedule: 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday with 3 days remoteResponsibilities:Gathering data to place in ordersCommunicating with customers and vendors by phone and emailEstablishing strong relationships with customer contactsConducting quality checksAssessing vehicle conditionManaging all repairs Requirements:Attention to detailGood written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service skills Good computer skills with knowledge of Outlook and ExcelComputer equipment required for remote work:Desktop or Lap Top Computer (No iPad or Chromebook)
