    Job Description

    A-Line Staffing is currently seeking candidates for a Healthcare Call Center position in Phoenix, AZ. This opportunity involves working for a prestigious Fortune 500 company with room for professional advancement. It is a full-time position of 40+ hours per week.

    Healthcare Call Center Compensation:

    • Hourly pay rate: $18.34
    • Comprehensive benefits package available after 90 days, including health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
    • 401(k) plan with company match for employees with 1 year of service

    Healthcare Call Center Highlights:

    • Initially a contract role, with the potential for permanent employment based on performance and company needs
    • Required commitment for the first 3 weeks: Training from 8am to 5pm daily without any absences

    Healthcare Call Center Responsibilities:

    • Onsite equipment pick-up on the first day; virtual training thereafter
    • Handling sensitive and confidential information

    Healthcare Call Center Requirements:

    • Experience in case management and discharge planning
    • Prior call center experience
    • Strong customer service skills preferred
    • High School Diploma or GED required
    • Mandatory attendance for the first 90 days
