Description

We are the largest distribution network operator in Thuringia, based in Erfurt. Our task is to reliably and continuously supply our customers with electricity and natural gas. To achieve this, we operate the regional 110 kV electricity networks and high-pressure natural gas networks, as well as medium and low-voltage electricity networks and medium and low-pressure natural gas networks for local distribution. We are the upstream network operator for the municipal utilities in Thuringia. One of our core tasks is managing the energy system of Thuringia, which includes a variety of renewable energy sources in all networks.
