The Central Building Management of the city of Ulm is looking for a
Engineer (m/f/d) in the field of building services
Full-time, permanent
or in a comparable field of study, as soon as possible.

The main department of Central Building Management of the city of Ulm is responsible for approximately 350 properties, such as schools, kindergartens, theaters, museums, and fortifications.

The construction departments, in cooperation with the departments of building services and energy management, sports and outdoor facilities, and administrative and housekeeping services, handle all new construction, renovation, and remodeling projects for the city. The Central Building Management is responsible for the project management and coordination of all municipal construction projects. In addition, architectural services are provided, as well as maintenance and housekeeping services.

The salary is based on pay group 12 TVöD.

Your responsibilities:

  • planning and implementation of new construction, renovation, and maintenance projects (as project manager)
  • technical support and maintenance of municipal buildings
  • creation of concepts and decision-making aids
