    What You'll Do:

    As a Deskside Support Technician at CACI, you'll be the go-to person for providing exceptional customer service to the Joint Service Provider (JSP) user community. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the productivity of end users by resolving IT issues related to software, hardware, and network. You'll work closely with customers to address desktop, laptop, and software installation issues efficiently.

    • Provide technical support for system users
    • Assist in designing, analyzing, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure environments
    • Contribute to customer inquiries and collaborate within the team
    • Develop performance measurements using service desk platform
    • Implement ITIL best practices for optimal end-user services
    • Generate Service Desk metrics reports
    • Coordinate with IT support teams to improve service delivery
    • Resolve customer issues effectively
    • Assist in managing Service Desk resources
    • Facilitate staff development and performance assessment

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    Clearance Required: US Department of Defense (DOD) issued Secret Clearance

    Skills: Strong customer service, analytical thinking, prioritization, problem-solving, and communication skills

    Experience: 2-7 years in supporting PC hardware and software systems

    Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with relevant certifications

    Certifications: CompTIA Security+, ITIL v3 Foundations, HDI Desktop Support Manager, or A+ related certifications

    Physical Requirements:

    • Sit for long periods
    • Stand for long periods
    • Ambulate throughout an office
    • Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl as required
    • Lift and carry weight up to 50 pounds

    Pay Range:

    The proposed salary range for this position is: $50,500 - $101,000
