    Description

    Join us at Compass Strategy Solutions (CSS) and be part of the team that supports law enforcement efforts by providing tactical and strategic intelligence personnel, financial analysts, and forensic accountants both domestically and overseas. We are currently looking for a dedicated Training Technician to join our mission in collaboration with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA).

    Role Overview:

    • Develop, implement, and conduct required training
    • Coordinate with Agency Asset Forfeiture Coordinators to develop training curricula
    • Create training material, organize schedules, and provide logistical support
    • Conduct training and maintain training records
    • Update training content to reflect policy and regulatory changes

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of three years experience in coordinating training programs
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Access

    Important: U.S. Citizenship and a 7 (or 10) year background investigation are mandatory for this position.
