Description

We are looking for an innovative Lead Software Architect who will shape and supervise the architectural strategy for our scientific instrument software.

Position: Solutions Architect

Location: New Castle, DE (hybrid)

Full-time

Responsibilities:

Contribute to software architecture strategies aligned with business goals.
Design secure and scalable software for applications and devices.
Evaluate tools for scientific instrument and data analysis software.
Ensure adherence to security and privacy standards.
Collaborate with teams and actively participate in proof-of-concept projects.
Stay informed on industry trends and communicate technical concepts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
Proficient in cloud-based applications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Knowledgeable in IoT, cybersecurity, and network architecture.
Experience with data processing and storage frameworks.
Strong decision-making, communication, and leadership skills.
Nice-to-have: Certifications in cloud architecture, security, or IoT.
Nice-to-have: Experience in the scientific instrument or research industry.
