    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Record to Report (R2R) ERP Solutions Architect to join our dynamic Financials Technology team, as we embark on our journey to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications As an ERP Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions for our organization You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to analyze business requirements, identify integration and automation opportunities, and architect scalable solutions that optimize business processes and enhance operational efficiency.


    Responsibilities:

    Solution Design: Formulates and defines ERP solutions based on thorough understanding of current state and proposed future state business processes Collaborates with business
    stakeholders and technical teams to document requirements and develop solutions as per industry best practices.

    ERP System Implementation: Working closely with the R2R Lead, supports the R2R solution, evaluates the fit and feasibility ofsolution options within ERP and/or closely-coupled applications,identifies the resulting change impacts, and works closely with the Adoption team to ensure business readiness.

    Solution Development: Responsible for the configuration and development of Oracle Fusion R2R modules by guiding development teams to ensure adherence to architectural designs, Company standards, and best practices Drives standard solutions with no to minimal custom extensions.

    Integration and Data Management: Identifies opportunities for the development and enhancement of system integrations with other enterprise applications as well as third-party systems Develops strategies and frameworks to ensure seamless data flow and synchronization across systems.

    Testing: Works with business process owners to define comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios, and works with QA to develop test plans, scripts, and automations to ensure proper testing

    System Performance and Optimization: Works closely with the Operations Team to ensure proper system monitoring, evaluates the performance of ERP systems, identifies bottlenecks, and implements solutions to optimize system efficiency, scalability, and reliability

    Security and Compliance: Works closely with Security and Compliance teams to ensure the security and compliance of ERP systems by developing and implementing data protection
    strategies, access controls, and system monitoring mechanisms

    Documentation and Training: Creates comprehensive technical documentation, including architectural diagrams, system configuration and integration specifications Provides training and guidance to technical teams and end-users on ERP system usage and best practices.

    Vendor Management: Collaborates with ERP vendors and third-party consultants to evaluate software updates, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of system enhancements and bug fixes

    Continuous Improvement: Stays abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to ERP systems and architecture Actively participates in continuous learning and operational efficiency improvement initiatives Shares knowledge with team members


    Requirement/Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (e.g., Finance/Accounting with Computer Science minor)

    • 3 years of experience as an Oracle Fusion ERP Solutions Architect or a similar role, with a strong focus on designing and implementing ERP solutions
    Must have a proven track record as a techno-functional specialist for Oracle ERP R2R This role will work with the following ERP functionality: Chart of Accounts; Accrual and Cash-Based Accounting methods; Multicurrency; Multiple Ledgers to support International Accounting; Financial Consolidation, Intracompany and Intercompany transactions, Month-end Close; Financial Accounting Hub; Asset Tracking; and related internal and external Financial Reporting
    Familiarity with FP&A tools such as OneStream, Essbase, Smart View, EPM Cloud is preferred
    Technical experience with API, FBDI, OTBI, BIP, BICC, ESS jobs, Visual Builder Cloud Service, Configuration, etc.
    In-depth understanding of ERP architectural principles, system integration techniques, and data management practices
    Ability to articulate the end-to-end R2R business processes The candidate should be able to clearly speak through the lifecycle of a transaction, and have in-depth understanding of how the data flows in the back end
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration with business partners and other internal and external stakeholders
    Solid project management skills; ability to lead and manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery within budget
