Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Rebates Analyst with a strong background in NetSuite to join our client's team in Phoenix, AZ.
As a Rebates Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and managing rebate programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimization.
This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility of both remote and in-office work, located in the vibrant city of Phoenix.
Responsibilities:
Rebate Program Analysis:
Analyze rebate programs to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize NetSuite and other relevant tools to gather and analyze data.
Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date rebate data in NetSuite, including rebate terms, conditions, and performance metrics. Ensure data integrity and consistency.
Reconciliation:
Reconcile rebate accruals and payments to ensure accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements. Investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Reporting:
Generate regular reports on rebate performance, including accruals, payments, and program effectiveness. Present findings to management and stakeholders.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate and improve rebate processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with rebate agreements, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of rebate programs, processes, and procedures. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred): A degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field is preferred.
3+ Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in rebate analysis, preferably in a related industry such as manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
NetSuite Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in NetSuite is required, including experience with rebate module configuration, data management, and reporting.
Analytical Skills:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and precision in data analysis and reconciliation.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
Team Player:
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements
