- Systems Proficiency:
- Possess hands-on experience with Workday Procurement and Fieldglass to effectively manage procurement processes, contracts, and supplier relationships.
- Leverage technology tools to streamline workflows, track performance metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, priorities, and requirements.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to gain buy-in, drive alignment, and facilitate decision-making.
- Communicate effectively across departments and levels to ensure transparency, clarity, and accountability.
- Cost Savings Initiatives:
- Develop and implement strategies to negotiate cost savings, optimize total cost of ownership, and drive value across the supply chain.
- Identify opportunities for demand management, alternative sourcing, and supplier innovation to achieve cost reduction goals.
- Sharp Contracting Experience: Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, understand legal implications, and craft agreements that mitigate risks and deliver value.
- Procurement Experience: Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of driving results.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Workday Procurement and Fieldglass, with the ability to leverage technology tools to streamline procurement processes and manage supplier relationships.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, influence decision-making, and build consensus.
