    Description

    Job Description:
    We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join our finance team.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Invoicing:
    Generate and send out accurate and timely invoices to customers.
    Verify pricing, discounts, and terms of sale.


    Payment Processing:
    Record customer payments and ensure they are applied accurately.
    Follow up on overdue accounts and arrange payment plans when necessary.


    Customer Relations:
    Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
    Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.


    Reconciliation:
    Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies.
    Work closely with the sales team to address customer billing issues.


    Collections:
    Monitor accounts to identify overdue payments.
    Implement collection strategies and collaborate with collection agencies if needed.


    Reporting:
    Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable.
    Provide regular updates to management on the status of receivables.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Coordinator or in a similar role.
    Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
