- Manage, coach, and support engineering team

- Create a technical strategy and budget proposal
- Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics
- Communicate engineer team goals with engineering staff members
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Hands-on application of technical analysis and engineering skills including FEMAP, Nastran, Creo and other engineering software packages.
- Practical hands-on experience and the ability to translate that experience into reliable design intuition and interpretation of analysis results critical to supporting Wartech's customers.

- 3-10 years of work experience in mechanical engineering using finite element analysis, solid modeling, and predictive analytical tools.
- Education: undergraduate degree in either mechanical or aerospace engineering. (Master's or PhD-level graduate work or degree is preferred)
- Preferred experience with a military or aerospace engineering environment, particularly in applying military standards and designing in compliance with military performance specifications.
- Proven experience interacting with customers directly in a presentation or technical reporting capacity.
