- Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing support and mentoring.

- Utilize regular objective setting, performance appraisals, and coaching for individual development plans.
- Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming parts, dispositions, and assemblies.
- Implement corrective actions to address identified issues.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in engineering management and project leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of Quality and Regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.
